CA Palash Santoshkumar Patni is our young and dynamic Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2019 and is engaged into practice since then. He looks after the Indirect tax department at the Aurangabad Branch of the Firm.

He is well versed in prioritizing the work, flexible enough to accept & adapt change. Can anticipate the changing situation well before time and plan the work accordingly.

He is passionate about Technology and find new ways to deliver the assignments at ease and accuracy.  He is an enthusiast when it comes to introducing never tried and peculiar ways and means of doing things. He is invariably engaged in learning new things.

He has handled assessments / appeals for Goods and Service tax for the clients and have prepared necessary documentations for the same and handles procedural compliance for Indirect Taxes required. He has guided the team in respect of various Goods and Services tax Compliances, Audits and Assessments as he is well versed with the statutory compliances for GST.

He has Experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, VAT Audits, GST Audits and Tax Audits for various types of Companies / Entities including Manufacturing Companies, Service Industry, Agriculture Companies and Real Estate entities. He provides consultancy services in GST, Income Tax, TDS, GST, RERA and other tax laws. He has wealth of experience in Internal Audits and managing business support services.

Having delivered solutions on quite a number of occasions to the clients belonging to the Information Technology, manufacturing, and education industry, he has become a person to bank on for them.

He is someone who personally keeps an eye on the growth of his team members and always makes an effort to groom them for the satisfaction of Clients.
